At My Young Mind School, we believe that every child has an innate sense of calm, confidence, and wellbeing — it just gets hidden when life feels overwhelming. We understand that anxiety, school avoidance, or emotional struggles can make learning feel impossible. Our role is to help students reconnect with their natural strength so they can feel safe, settled, and ready to learn again.

Every student has a dedicated one-to-one wellbeing session every fortnight with a qualified mental wellbeing practitioner. These sessions offer a calm, confidential space to explore feelings, ease anxiety, and reconnect with a sense of peace and possibility.
Parents are kept informed through regular updates and termly check-ins, so they always feel part of their child’s journey. Together, we create a bridge between home and school that supports steady, lasting progress — emotionally and academically.


In addition to live sessions, all students (and their parents) gain access to our exclusive online video course, designed to gently guide families through understanding emotions and anxiety at their own pace.
This course helps parents support their children from the same place of understanding we teach from, so that healing continues at home.
