We provide coaching and educational support for parents of teenagers experiencing school anxiety and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).

Not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical treatment
3. No Guarantees
While we aim to support positive outcomes:
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. return to school within a timeframe)
Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control
4. Client Responsibility
By engaging with our services, you agree that:
You are responsible for decisions made for your child
You will use your own judgement when applying guidance
You will seek medical or clinical support where necessary
5. Booking & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance
Payment terms will be outlined prior to purchase
Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Notice periods for cancellations will be specified at time of booking
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case
Programmes may be non-refundable once started
7. Confidentiality

All materials provided (videos, frameworks, documents):
Remain the intellectual property of Jo Brewin
