Services

My Young Mind provides coaching services, educational programs, workshops, and digital resources aimed at supporting the mental health and well-being of tweens, teens, parents, and educators.

These services may be delivered in person, online, or through downloadable materials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services on behalf of a child or access parent/educator programs. By using this website or working with Jo, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to consent on behalf of any minors.

Payments & Cancellations

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at Jo’s discretion in cases of genuine need or dissatisfaction.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality. Jo may take notes to support her work, but these are securely stored and never shared without your permission — unless required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

Limitations of Service

Jo Brewin is not a licensed medical or psychiatric professional. The services offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.
