Work with Jo

Coaching programs for t(w)eens, parents and educators that lead to real, lasting change.

For Parents and Tweens/Teens

Adolescence is a time of growth, discovery—and yes, challenges—for both teens and their parents. With so much conflicting advice out there, it’s easy for parents to feel overwhelmed or unsure of how best to support their child.

My Young Mind Coaching is here to bridge that gap. Through compassionate guidance and practical insights, we help families build stronger connections, communicate more openly, and develop the confidence to face life’s ups and downs—together.

You’ll come away with deeper trust, better understanding, a fresh perspective, and the kind of resilience that lasts a lifetime.
