Partnering with organisations to support parents — building stronger families, healthier minds, and happier workplaces.
Partnering with organisations to support parents — building stronger families, healthier minds, and happier workplaces.
Parenting is one of life’s most important roles
— and one of the most demanding.
Working parents often find themselves stretched thin, emotionally drained, and unsure of how best to support their children.
My Young Mind partners with organisations to support employees who are also parents, helping them feel more confident, connected, and calm in their home lives — so they can bring their best selves to work.
We offer compassionate, practical coaching to help parents:
Strengthen connection and communication with their child
Understand emotional and behavioural challenges
Support neurodiverse needs with empathy
Navigate stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem in children
Balance work and family life with more confidence and less guilt
Why It Matters
When parents are supported, organisations thrive. With stronger emotional wellbeing at home, employees experience less stress, greater focus, and deeper engagement in their professional lives.

Partner with Purpose:
Sponsor a School through My Young Mind
When you partner with My Young Mind, you have the opportunity to sponsor a school of your choice with access to our Mental Health Program — a powerful resource that supports emotional resilience, self-belief, and wellbeing in the next generation.
It’s a chance to align your business with meaningful impact, show your commitment to youth mental health, and give students and educators the tools they truly need.
I worked with Jo after having had a year off work due to being diagnosed with ME and because I was still struggling to cope after the death of my mother. I felt that whilst I was getting physically better the mental side of things had some catching up to do. I had lost all of my self-confidence and I was struggling with keeping my family and work life together.
Jo has not only solved the issues that I went through the door with but she has helped me to find a way to know that I will be able to solve my own problems going forward. Jo has exceeded my expectations in every respect and friends and family keep telling me how different I am and how happy I seem.
