Meet Jo Brewin

Founder of My Young Mind


Jo is an award-winning teen and parent expert, a speaker and podcaster, and a passionate advocate for making mental health education a priority from an early age. Her mission is to make mental well-being a core part of every child’s learning journey.

Through her work with tweens, teens, parents, and educators, Jo equips people with the knowledge to understand their minds—laying the foundation for lifelong well-being and a more connected, compassionate world.
